The retreat follows a gentle, structured rhythm designed to support both emotional process and rest.

Each day includes guided group sessions and practices, alongside unstructured time for integration, journaling, or simply being in nature.

There is no pressure to share beyond your comfort level. The space is intentionally non-performative, allowing participants to move at their own pace.

Time is spent both inside the home and outdoors—by the pool, overlooking the ocean, or in the surrounding landscape—supporting a natural sense of grounding and perspective.

This is not a retreat focused on constant activity. It is a space to slow down, process, and reconnect in a more sustainable and embodied way.

Practices focused on noticing patterns of tension, emotional holding, and regulation.

Day 3 — Expression & Processing
Guided sessions for emotional exploration, reflection, and shared witnessing.

Day 4 — Integration & Reorientation
Making sense of what has surfaced, with space for clarity and internal shifts.

Day 5 — Closing & Transition
A final integration session and a supported transition back into daily life.
