As an optional add-on, guests may enjoy six self-serve plant-based meals over the course of the three-day retreat. Meals are prepared with whole-food ingredients and are free from meat, dairy, gluten, and refined sugar whenever possible. Dietary needs and preferences are welcomed with advance notice.
Each meal is freshly prepared and stored in your private refrigerator, allowing you to heat and enjoy it at your own pace throughout the retreat.

Lunch
Large salads with rotating protein options such as pumfu, legumes, nuts, and other nourishing additions
Dinner
Roasted vegetables, curries, soups, and seasonal stir-fries
All accommodations include a mini-kitchen, and guests are welcome to bring and prepare their own food if preferred. Coffee, tea, and basic condiments are provided in each kitchen, along with access to fresh well water throughout the property.
