  • Online Learning Modules: 20 hours
    • 10 hours of pre-recorded modules (self-paced)
    • 10 hours of guided practices and journaling prompts
  • Live Zoom Sessions: 30 hours
    • 12 live sessions @ 2.5 hours each (weekly or bi-weekly format)
  • Integration & Final Lab: 10 hours

    • Practice: Embodied Emotion Mapping™

    WEEK 4 – Shadow, Shame & Identity

    • Parts work, Jungian shadow, cultural shame
    • Practice: Guided shadow dialogue

    WEEK 5 – Attachment and Compassion

    • IFS foundations, CFT for grief
    • Practice: Inner parts witnessing

    WEEK 6 – Cross-Cultural Ritual & Ancestral Grief

    • Ecological grief, lineage healing, collective loss
    • Practice: Ancestral letter writing & ritual building

    WEEK 7 – Grief Stories & Gestalt Work

    • Narrative therapy, Gestalt empty-chair
    • Practice: Story rewriting exercise

    WEEK 8 – Ethics, Space-Holding, and Initiation

    • Practitioner boundaries, sustainability, sacred container-building
    • Practice: Self-attunement & final ritual prep

    WEEK 9 – Integration & Peer Lab I
