A 60-hour hybrid certification designed for professionals and emerging practitioners seeking to embody the principles of holistic healing. Drawing from somatics, parts work, energy medicine, and nondual awareness, this program provides a comprehensive foundation for holding space, facilitating transformation, and guiding others through healing journeys that embrace the full spectrum of human experience. The training culminates in practitioner certification with optional continuing education credit.
💡 Program Stucture & Hours
- Online Learning: 15 hours
- 5 hours of pre-recorded modules (LMS-based)
- 10 hours of live Zoom calls (8 x 1.25 hrs)
- In-Person Retreat: 35 hours (5 days @ ~7 hours/day)
- Integration & Final Lab: 10 hours
- Integration Lab (2.5 hrs)
- Peer Review + Final Project Presentations (2.5 hrs)
- Reiki practicum (5 hrs)

By the end of the program, participants will:
- Understand and facilitate core principles of somatic, energetic, and parts-based healing modalities
- Apply the 4 Pillars of Holistic Practice: somatics, energy work, parts work, and nondual integration
- Guide clients through embodied emotional processing using Felt Sense Dynamics™
- Practice and teach Reiki Level I, II, and Master techniques
- Facilitate trauma-sensitive, inclusive, and culturally aware sessions in various settings

- Foundations in holistic healing
- Overview of somatics, energy systems, and parts theory
- Introduction to Felt Sense Dynamics™ and Embodied Emotion Mapping™
- Preparation for Reiki certification and attunements
5-Day Immersive Retreat (35 hrs)
Note: Each day begins with a non-instructional yoga and meditation session to support grounding and presence (not counted toward certification hours).

DAY 1 – ARRIVAL & FOUNDATIONS OF HOLISTIC PRACTICE
Themes Covered:
- Overview of holistic healing modalities
- History and lineage of Reiki
- Chakra theory, energy anatomy, and nondual presence
- Introduction to Felt Sense Dynamics™
Practices:
- Attunement Ceremony: Reiki Levels I, II, Master
- Somatic meditation and body-based presence work
- Gentle yoga or intuitive movement for grounding
DAY 2 – SOMATICS, PARTS WORK & ENERGY FLOW
Themes Covered:
- Polyvagal-informed somatic practice
- Internal Family Systems (IFS)-inspired parts mapping
- Introduction to Embodied Emotion Mapping™
- Energy alignment & intuitive scanning
Practices:
- Guided parts dialogue in somatic context
- Energy movement exercises (QiGong, intuitive energy tracking)
- Hands-on Reiki I & II practice with partners
DAY 3 – SHADOW WORK & TRAUMA-INFORMED HEALING
Themes Covered:
- Jungian shadow, grief, and dissociation
- Trauma-informed language and space holding
- Nondual awareness & paradox in healing
Practices:
- Shadow journaling & symbolic processing
- Felt Sense Dynamics™ in trauma-sensitive contexts
- Reiki Master session exchange + group debrief
DAY 4 – INTEGRATION THROUGH RITUAL & CREATIVE EMBODIMENT
Themes Covered:
- Ceremony, ritual, and sacred witnessing
- Creative expression as healing (voice, art, nature)
- Boundaries, ethics, and facilitator self-regulation
Practices:
- Embodied ritual creation
- Movement & vocal release practices
- Reiki circle + intuitive feedback session
DAY 5 – CERTIFICATION & PROFESSIONAL APPLICATION

- Becoming a facilitator: integrity, clarity, and scope of practice
- Crafting your offering: ethics, frameworks, and marketing with care
- Integration, reflection, and future pathways
Practices:
- Final energy healing session & feedback
- Group closing circle
- Certification ceremony: Reiki I, II, Master + Holistic Facilitator Credential
Final Integration & Lab (5 hrs)
- Group Zoom synthesis (2.5 hrs)
- Final project presentations + peer review (2.5 hrs)
