A PRIVATE LOVE AND LOSS IMMERSION
5 Days / 4 Nights | One-on-One
This work is not limited to a single location.
In addition to retreat-based immersions, private immersive support may also be arranged as a personalized experience in your home, private residence, or a location of your choosing. This option is designed for individuals who prefer greater privacy, feel more supported in familiar surroundings, or are navigating circumstances that make travel feel difficult or unnecessary.
While the setting may change, the depth and intentionality of the experience remain the same. Each immersion is thoughtfully tailored to the individual, with attention given to pacing, environment, emotional support, and restorative space.
These offerings are intentionally limited and arranged on a case-by-case basis.

THE RED ROCK THRESHOLD
Sedona, Arizona
The Medicine of the Land
Sedona offers spaciousness, perspective, and reorientation. The vast desert landscape, red rock formations, and expansive skies naturally interrupt habitual rhythms and invite reflection, discernment, and renewed clarity.
This environment is especially supportive for those navigating transition, rupture, uncertainty, or major life change. The land is approached thoughtfully and relationally, not performatively or as spectacle.
THE STRUCTURE (5 DAYS)
The arc mirrors the Sierra immersion while responding to the pace and terrain of the desert landscape:
-
Early mornings grounded in silence and spaciousness
-
Guided visits to significant natural sites for reflection and attunement
-
Long walks supporting perspective, integration, and recalibration
-
Somatic grounding practices to support steadiness and regulation
-
Emphasis on discernment, clarity, and embodied integration
WHAT MAKES THIS IMMERSION DISTINCT
-
Somatic-first orientation: The body leads; insight unfolds from there.
-
Land as co-regulator: Nature is approached as relationship, not backdrop.
-
Relational containment: Nothing is rushed, forced, or extracted.
-
Nervous system support: The work emphasizes agency, steadiness, and integration.
-
Depth without spectacle: No performance, promises, or spiritual bypassing.
This work is not about becoming someone else.
It is about returning to what has remained true beneath the noise.
 THE COASTAL THRESHOLDÂ
Costa Rica
The Medicine of the Ocean
Costa Rica offers softness, movement, and emotional spaciousness. The rhythm of the ocean, the density of the jungle, and the warmth of the climate create conditions that naturally invite the body toward rest, release, and recalibration.
This environment works through fluidity, rhythm, and nervous system restoration. It is especially supportive for those moving through grief, emotional exhaustion, burnout, or periods of internal contraction.
The ocean becomes a mirror for process, constant, shifting, and non-linear, while the surrounding landscape offers both grounding and expansion. Costa Rica is approached not as escape, but as a place for reconnection, reflection, and integration.
THE STRUCTURE (5 DAYS)
The arc mirrors the core immersion while responding to the pace and atmosphere of the coastal environment:
-
Slow mornings shaped by ocean rhythm and spaciousness
-
Time in and around water to support restoration and regulation
-
Guided sessions interwoven with quiet integration and reflection
-
Gentle movement between stillness, nature, and embodied practice
-
Emphasis on emotional flow, steadiness, and grounded integration
WHAT MAKES THIS IMMERSION DISTINCT
Somatic-first work: The body leads. Insight follows.
Ocean as co-facilitator: Movement, rhythm, and release.
Relational containment: Nothing is rushed, forced, or extracted.
Nervous system regulation: Depth without overwhelm.
Integration over intensity: No performance, no spectacle.
