  • Late afternoon Guided Vipassana Meditation
    • Focus: Observing thoughts, emotions, and sensations without judgment
Day 2:
  • Morning Metta (Lovingkindness) Meditation (30 minutes) & Chakra Balancing Meditation (30 minutes)
    • Focus: Cultivating love, compassion, and kindness toward oneself and others
    • Focus: Balancing the body's energy centers (chakras) through visualization and breathwork
  • Mid-day Body Scan Meditation
    • Focus: Scanning the body for sensations, tension, and relaxation
  • Late-Afternoon Yoga Nidra Meditation
    • Focus: A guided, deep relaxation practice that takes you to the edge of sleep
